Registration
Pre-Registration is now closed. Badge Pickup At the convention there will be two lines for registration, an At-con line and a Pre-reg line. Both Group and Individual Pre-regs both use the pre-reg line. You will need a confirmation letter (explained below) and a photo id. When you get to the front of the line, your id will be checked and you will sign a confirmation that you recieved your badge and will recieve the badge and bag o stuff (bag o stuff's contents are yet to be determined) If you are an Individual Pre-reg you are all set. For Group Pre-regs the Group Leader has an additional option. A Group Leader may with thier confirmation letter and ID pick up ALL the badges for thier group. A Group Leader that does this MUST leave a working cell phone number with the Pre-registration Desk. This number WILL be given to any member of that group which shows up looking for thier badge. They will be told to call you and track you down. Oh No I have a problem, who you gonna call? For questions about registrations feel free to contact David "Godai" Muniak either through PMing godai on the forum or through email at godai@centaurstage.com One note on Artist Alley Pre-regs, Godai will be the one recieving the information and will send out confirmations of it being recieved. However where your location and questions about artist alley policies will be handled by Dusti the con-chair who can be reached through the board's PM feature. OH No, its been a month and my check hasn't cashed? Did you get my registration? Ok take a deep breath. When you send your registration it will be going to a P.O. Box. I (Godai) will be checking it at least weekly. I then enter the information into my handy little computer. At which point you should recieve an email. Your checks are then given/sent to Dusti for being deposited. This could cause some lag time between your sending and the cash checking. Also realize that around Oct 1st and Dec 1st , I am typically drowned in letters because of the deadline. So please be patient. Also if you are a real early bird. and you send in your registration right when pre-reg is announced, there may be some additional lag before getting your confirmations as I will be "getting" into the rhythem and ramping things up. Don't worry, I will keep things updated in the Registration Forum. I don't like this fancy electronic stuff, I want to kill a Tree dangit! If you need a paper reciept for either expense reporting or cause you like the feel of paper. One can be provided for you. Simply enclose a S.A.S.E (Self -addressed stamped envelope) with your pre-reg and one will be sent out. If you need a reciept when purchasing a badge at con, simply ask. But I'm only gonna be here saturday.... Please remember that you can only pre-reg for the full weekend. Single day/ Two day registrations are only available AT con. My name is Godai. Not for registration it isn't. Please use real names for all information. If you are more known by your nickname, feel free to list it as such. This name should match your photo id that you will be showing. Bad example: Godai Good example: David "Godai" Muniak Note: This information isn't distributed but, if your asking for your badge you need to check using your real name. This name will NOT be appearing on a badge. Transitioning Transexuals and others in the middle of a name change: If you will not have an id that matches, feel free to send both names but make it clear that the names are the same person and not two seperate registrations. My great-aunts cousin's uncle's dog stepped on a nail and I can't go, can I get a refund? Our policy is that badges are non-transferrable, non-refundable. And this holds for 90% of the cases.
